Multimed Dental Clinic from Lublin (Poland), has been serving medical services for 16 years and therefore, is one of the oldest clinics in this area and also one of the biggest, due to it about 15 dentists.

The owners of Multimed wanted to bet on the innovative, tried and true approach to clinic and patient relationship management, to improve the workflow in the clinic and generally to take the standard of patients service to a brand new level. They made a right decision to order the iGabinet platform, which does it all, without the need to create an IT department within the clinic.

The solution that has been implemented in less than a week, enabled the patients of Multimed to book their visits on-line, by using some easy, yet powerful tools. The patients can be therefore sure, they will never forget about the planned visit anymore, since iGabinet will remind them about it automatically by e-mail and SMS messages.

Each specialist that is working in Multimed, has now his very own and unique “virtual receptionist”, because all the communication with his patient is blazing-fast and fully automatic, which means huge time savings.

The example of Multimed also shows, how easy it is, to use any given design and integrate it with the iGabinet platform. In this project, we used exactly the same graphics that was used in the previous website of Multimed.

Nova Dental Center is a modern clinic located in downtown Szczecin, offering undoubtedly one of the highest patients service standerd and the top quality of treatment for both kids and adults in a neat and stressless atmosphere. The owners of the clinic decided to order the iGabinet platform mostly because of its functionality of automatic communication with the patients, that would further improve their standard of services.

As a result, the whole new website has been created for the clinic, which is now the primary medium of remote communication for the patients, who can not only find out everything they want out of its pages, but also they are able to easily book the visit terms.

Due to use of iGabinet, the each patient will be automatically notified about the oncomming visit term. Moreover when the time comes, the system will invite the patients for a follow-up visits,  and also it will even send them wishes on their birthday by e-mail or sms, completely by itself.

No wonder some clients say, they now have the iGabinet platform as a brand new employee. Indeed the system is not only taking the responsibility of keeping order in the visits, but also it maintains positive relationships with the patients. It is also worth to mention, that all the automatic communication is in the native language of the patients.

Magdalena Truchanowicz Psychology Clinic

Mrs. Magdalena Truchanowicz decided to order the iGabinet platform, because on one hand she needed an advanced Customer Relationships Management system, and on the other, she wanted to have a dynamic website to help her to communicate with her patients.

Ordering the iGabinet platform allowed mrs. Truchanowicz's patients to book their visits by themselves, so she does not have to take part in the registration process anymore. The system also provided some advanced methods of storing various details of each patient and each of his visits, and made it possible to review the information anytime.

As a dynamic website solution the iGabinet platform provides, mrs. Truchanowicz gained additional communication channel with her patients, who are now able to get to know every information they need directly from the website.
