Some serious improvements the CMS
It is our great pleasure to announce that we have implemented a huge update to our CMS (which is a part of iGabinet) module, that introduces vastly improved, asynchronous operations.
“What’s the big deal?” you might ask. Well, it means some huge speed and performance boosts, due to all operations need just the sensitive data to be sent, instead of reloading the whole webpage again.
So, thanks to our fresh innovation, you can do more in less time. We intend to rebuild all the other modules to include asynchronous operations.

Articles priority settings
In reply to one of our client’s request we upgraded our CMS module (that is a part of iGabinet) with priority settings that allows to position the articles on your website.
The mechanism that is responsible for positioning is extremely easy and the positioning task comes down to clicking some “up” and “down” arrows. Happy positioning ;)

For those of you, who are using (or intend to use) our iGabinet system to manage more than one clinic, we have a great news: we implemented some powerful functionality for articles and their groups availability management.
This is a great improvement in case some information or groups of articles are meant to be only available in a specific clinics, but not all of them. We also developed this module to be as easy and as intuitive as possible.

The messages have been colorized in the following way:
- system information is colored green
- system warning is colored red

Hipokrates Medical Clinics
During the process of further development and upgrades of iGabinet according to multiple suggestions from our customers, we managed to create another website based on this highly acclaimed application. This time iGabinet is a base for a network of Hipokrates Medical Clinics.
The owner of the clinics made a special request for a tool that would allow his patients to anonymously share their opinions about the clinics, and to communicate with all the specialists.
Whe website is located at www.hipokratesmed.pl. Make sure you check it out!

Patients' statistics
iGabinet has been extended with some advanced patients’ statistics functionality. The new functions gather various data about patients’ behaviour in the system. The information is then processed and presented in the administration panel in a pleasant and useful form.
Some examples of the information gathered are the number of patient’s reservations with respect to their confirmation status, and the number of patient’s visits, whether they actually happened or were cancelled, why they were cancelled etc.
As a result, the person responsible for system administration can easily obtain full information about patients’ behaviour, which is supportive in the decision-making process e.g. to decide if the patient is serious or not and what to do next.

Multiple descriptions of patients and visits
iGabinet has been extended with some brand new functions, that make it possible for the authorized persons to add multiple and detailed notes about both patients, and their booked visits in a very flexible way. This way you will never mix the patients or visits up anymore.
An example of using multiple patients descriptions can be a situation, where the patient uses medical services of the dentist, and dermatologist. The patient can be then described by completely different, specialized notes by both the dentist and dermatologist.
Another example of using multi-descriptions for booked visits could form the following issue: a patient calls and informs he will be late for a particular, previously booked visit. An assistant gets the message and writes a note about to the patient’s visit. Afterwards, when the visit is over, the doctor can add another note e.g. recognition of a disease, or rehabilitation report.
These new functions greatly advance the information flow, because all the notes about the patients and their visits are permanently stored and visible for all the specialists in the clinic, therefore the patients even with the most similar names can be distinctly distinguished.

Multiple visit terms
We’ve just added another huge functionality boost to iGabinet, which allows to set potential visit terms of your patients for multiple days with just a few clicks.
The mechanism of multiple visit terms definition is an extension of the patterns that were described some time ago. From now on you can assign the pattern of visit terms for a given type of day, to more than one day at a time.
In a very simple way, you can set the visit terms for a given week, a particular week days in a month (e.g. all mondays), or for every day in a given month. It takes minutes to define all the visit terms for a whole year, which drastically reduces the time necessary for the process.

Visit terms patterns
In order to simplify the proces of defining visit terms for your patients, as well as to reduce the time necessary for it, we extended iGabinet with new robust management of visits patterns.
The new functionality allows you to set all the terms of visits of your patients for a given day, and then to store it as a pattern for a specified type of day. Afterwards, when you set the terms of visits for another day, there is no need to repeat this often time-consuming process, but instead – load the previously stored pattern.
In practice, the basic solution is to store two patterns: one for business days and another one for saturdays. This makes the time necessary for the settings of similar days a few time shorter.
