Payment for a particular system consists of an installation fee and regular subscription. The amount of subscription fee can increase only on our customer's demand when ordering some additional functional modules to his system, or when using external services such as automated SMS messaging.
There are one-time payments for additional individual services i.e. preparing the graphical project for another clinic. All prices for these services are clearly specified in each system's price-list, so you do not have to worry about any unexpected expenses.
Is there a minimal term of agreement with you?
We give you full control of the term of cooperation with us. We do not require any long-term dismissals, or ahead payments. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you can always resign at any time.

What about system updates and how much will they cost me?

One of the advantages of full IT outsourcing is that the application you use is always up to date, without any additional installations, or modifications. The functionality of our systems is updated frequently, and the updates are totally free of charge, so your subscription fee won't change.
Nevertheless, the customer can always order some additional functional modules to his system (i.e. operating second dental clinic), which will increase his subscription fee a bit. All the prices for additional modules are distinctly listed in the "Licence Prices" tab of each system in our offer.
Can I order some additional features for my system?
Naturally, it is possible to order some additional features. This kind of modification is available as an additional service, and therefore will be charged a small, one-time additional fee. However, if this new functionality proves useful for other customers, we will then make a new functional module of it and in that case you don't have to pay anything!

What do I need to start using your system?
The only thing you need is a computer connected to the Internet with any web browser installed.
When it comes to connection type, the best solution at the moment is broadband i.e. DSL or Cable, which lately became very popular and highly available, so there's no problem with installing it. Additionally your own, catchy internet domain can be helpful, however it is not required.
How many people can manage my system?
Right after installation of your system, you have a single account with full access to administration panel of your system. You will then be able to create additional, administratative accounts (i.e. for your employees).
Additionally, you will be able to set custom permissions for the particular parts of system for each employee, therefore it will be possible to devide your employees into special competence groups. Creating additional administration accounts is completely free of charge!
Keep in mind though, that by creating additional administrative accounts, you take full responsibility for any operation that will be made by those who have access to the administration panel of your system.
When I order one of your system, when and how will I get invoices?
We issue invoices electronically. The link to the first invoice for installation processes, will be sent to you right after we receive payment confirmation from our bank. Next invoices for subscription and additional services will be issued the first day of each month, with a 14-day due date.
The invoice will be prepared according to the information in the administration panel of your system. You can change this information at any time.
It is possible to pay for a 12 months of subscription ahead. Depending on the length of the prepaid period, you will receive a proper price discount.
I've bought some internet domains. Can I assign them to my system?
Each of our systems can have unlimited number of internet domains assigned to it. If in some later time you buy some new domains in order to assign them to your system, this operation is absolutely free of charge!
Naturally, a single internet domain can point to one user system (front-end) only, so if your system i.e. manages more than one clinic, then each of them must have its own internet domain.
